Rose and Sky will happily accept unworn, unwashed and unaltered merchandise in saleable condition for a full refund.
Your return must be received within 20 business days from the date you received your shipment.
To process a return, please follow the following steps:
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include your email, Invoice number and reason for your return, as well as any feedback for us.
Ship the item back to us (send us a tracking number so we can make sure we get it!)
Once we receive your package, we will promptly issue a refund for the items that you specify. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the original purchase. Please allow 10 business days to ensure that your refund is credited. You will be notified via email when your return package is received and your refund has been processed.
We are currently unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.
